SkyFlow Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the SkyFlow mobile application, referred to on this page as the Application, created by Milad Ahmadzai, referred to as the Service Provider. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
1. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, branding, and intellectual property rights related to SkyFlow remain the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application or its components except where applicable law permits it.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
SkyFlow may offer an optional premium or Pro subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features.
- Billing: payments and subscriptions are handled through the relevant app store platform
- Renewals: subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal period
- Cancellations: you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
- Refunds: refunds are governed by the refund policies of the platform processing your purchase
3. Accuracy of Data
SkyFlow provides weather forecasts, radar data, and alert-related information for informational purposes only. The Service Provider relies on third-party data sources and does not guarantee that all weather, radar, or hazard information is complete, current, or accurate at all times.
Do not rely solely on SkyFlow for life-safety decisions during severe weather, natural disasters, or emergency conditions. Always consult official weather agencies, emergency alerts, and local authorities when safety is at risk.
4. Location Services
The Application may require access to your device’s location to provide local weather forecasts, radar context, mapping features, and alerts. By using those features, you consent to the collection and use of location data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The free version of the Application may be ad-supported and may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

The Service Provider is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Application, your inability to access the Application, or your reliance on information made available through the Application.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SkyFlow after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
